OK, so we have a hit a dead end. Ken has been in touch with Oliver Straube, and Audi will not accept credit card payment, so we will have to stomach the transfer charge [img]images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] .

I suggest that those who have not paid (4 of us?), get in touch with me asap so we can pay together. I want to do this by the end of the week. I will be paying the 135 Euros, even though I am highly unimpressed with the way they handled this [img]images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] .

Please make sure you have your customer numbers (Kd-Nr).

Right, I have Ken's.

I'm trying to get hold of Audi to see if they will accept 130 Euros (my invoice is currently 135), due to the pain they are causing.
