BIIIIIIIIIIIIg problem...
Had a similar problem with my daily hack, (C32T AMG) after new screen was fitted. It was not correctly fitted at the bottom and with wind assistance, forced water up under the screen and down the bulkhead. After two months I noticed the carpet was damp on the n/s, and closer inspection found the underlay and sound proofing soaked too. The screen was refitted and the car is now dry, and with no condensation, but I won't bore you with the details of which wires they cut when refitting the screen, just don't go to Autoglass (Bath) to get your screen replaced. It took Mercedes a week to strip and replace the loom

Well I think I have finally solved it.
The dealer, of course, couldn't find anything
The inside of the car (carpets etc etc) is always dry so there are no apparent leaks.
However, I do have a solar sunroof and have noticed that when I get in the car the fans are always running.
Now it is my understanding that this should only happen if you leave the sunroof open (tilted).
So if this is what's happenning although the roof is closed and it is raining/very damp outside, it explains the problem!
All I've got to do now is convince my dealer
