REVO REMAP ISSUES (timing)

Evening all, just wondering if anyone has experienced any issues with the revo stage 1 remap? It went over to The Phirm and after uploading the file the timing was well out (upto 12*) after some mucking about it turns out the timing is fine on the standard map. Revo of course say this is the first they have heard of this...........anyone heard anything like this before?

Is the re-map warrantied or anything? Can't you get the REVO guys to look at it?

Luckily the guys noticed that the timing was out and kept it to investigate! They tried everything to get it on there but now it's having custom remap. Just wondering how many cars out there had a half assed map where it wasn't checked properly! :s
