Know what you mean - there's a non-Sport non-S line A5 that lives near me that has visually tiny wheels. Normally I hate exceedingly massive alloys, but the A5 needs those 19" five arm Y spokes even on a 2.0

what would you do ?
Delay.

3.0 V6T desperately needs a chip n pulley to get it to move.
And the box desperately needs a remap as it doesnt like to hold gears, constantly changing up, which makes it aweful to drive!

just put the stick over the left mate, then its 100% manual and wont change unless you tell it to ... it will just bounce off the limiter if you ask it too

i think the 3.0T is plenty fast

i think going into anything from a tuned C6 will seem too slow

Agreed mate, but it negates the point of having an auto when you have to use it in M all the time.

Dont get me wrong, the DSG box is usually a gem in the VAG range but Audi really have made a mess of the software in the S4/S5 with owners wanting updates or refunds!

interesting ... will see how it compares to the TTRS

tbf, i hate the way the TTRS drives in D or S, which is why i stick it in M all the time, unless crawling in traffic

picked it up this morning ....

oooh what a relief after the TTRS

Such a nicer car...more modern, more space, more refinement, more luxury, more spec, more tech

same grunt

less sound

IMO, the B8 S4 is a very underrated Audi S car atm. Amazing VFM at £40k OTR in my Spec ... compared to £52k OTR for my TTRS spec

It'd look quiet regal debadged.

Nice - and in the colour I'd have ordered if I'd had ordered one. Still happy with my full spec pre-reg Ibis White car, although once washed and in the sunshine you do need sunglasses....!
