Post by TarmacTerrorist » Fri Apr 23, 2004 6:33 pm

Today on the A19, followed it through the Tyne Tunnel and spoke to the owner while queing to get through. We both pulled over in a lay by a bit furthert up the road so I could get a good look at 'Il Mostro' .Would yoiu believe it, turns out to be one of insuarnce Jon's mates from Yorkshire.

Only two words to discribe ti really - beutifully ugly!

If you want to meet up for a ride just drop me a line, I go through every month or so, and he just likes people who are petrol heads, so you'll get on like a house on fire. watch out for the inside rear wheel lockking up during weight transfer in the hairpins though....shits you up a bit!

The last desirable Alfa.

Utterly lovely (to my eyes).

No power though! (210hp -pah!) Come on Alfa, I want to love you again.

Ah! My Mrs had a convertible version of that (called an RZ if I remember rightly) when i first met her. Not sure if it was the b*rd or the car which caught my eye first. Just magic!
