Does anyone have the main contact for emailing complaints to Audi UK? I do remember someone posting it. It would be very helpfull

I've had to take an issue to the top at VW and it seems to have had the desired effect.

not the RS4 but another Audi A4 avant

just need to get sorted as i am getting no where from Aberdeen. The Rs4 would get about 150 miles to 1/2 tank, this new A4 2TDI (170 BHP) can only get 200 miles for the same tank also driving it like a old git

That's rubbish! - I used to get up to 700 miles to a tank (70 litres) from a B6 A4 1.9 TDi Sport Avant even if I drove "with gusto"!

Out of curiosity is it actually using the fuel?
(seen cars with a bent fuel pump sender arm giving similar symptoms)
Otherwise that kind of overfueling I'd expect black smoke out the back.

Yip 1/2 tank measured from 100% full to 1/2 tank. Audi tell me that i should expect 32 mpg from it. Which i feel is incorrect the sales mags and tests state that they get around 51 mpg combined.
Audi aberdeen have had it on the pc but have found nothing also the car is new.

Have you batted the issue at Audi UK customer services? I'd throw it their way to start with, then escalate after at least a week if you're still not making any headway.
