The OE discs are due for all round replacement (68k miles) on my 2004 S4 (B6) - this is their first replacement and I fancy getting some grooved discs. I'm considering:
EBC Ultimax or EBC Turbogroove (with EBC Redstuff pads - irrespective of disc type chosen)
I also have to replace two wheel bearings (o/s front & n/s rear). I suspect that it would be strongly advised to replace all four bearings - I can do the brakes at the same time.
Any suggestions/personal experience would be gratefully appreciated.

Re: Replacing brake discs/pads & wheel bearings
Not sure on the EBC discs - i recall a couple of peaple had issues with them - although i could be wrong.
When i had my S4 i changed to ECS floating, drilled grooved with ECS redstuff pads - great set up - although i was fortunate to obtain the dics off a forum member a lot cheaper than new ones.

Re: Replacing brake discs/pads & wheel bearings
I've got EBC Ultimax front and back and I rate them. They have been good all round and look nice too. They took a good 1000 miles to bed in but suffer less fade than the standard discs. I'd buy them again when they wear out
