Ditto with the UUC.
My change is best when the car is stone cold. Could it have been installed when cold and hence adjustusted to suit then? When it's warm it's not a great fan of first and second, but when cold it's as slick as can be.

Cheers

Installed the UUC short shifter last weekend, gears are 30% shorter now -much better than the standard but I still have difficulties to change from first to second gear fast :(

UUC on mine, works fine, better when car is warm, very slick. Though reverse a little stiff when cold. Other than that, cant fault it.

I have the Stratmosphere short shifter on my RS4. It works very good. The Stratmosphere short shifter has two advantages compared to UUC and Tanooga. You can choose 2 different reduction of the travel in shifting. And it has a ball-bearing in it. I first tried the normal short shift, but soon changed to the extreme short shift. It works fine even in Sweden in the winter. Tried to by the Tanooga stuff from UK first but they seemed to have a very long "tea-time". Then I ordered the Stratmosphere kit from US on a friday and UPS knocked on my door on monday...
