Can someone let me have an update as to the status of this meeting. Only joined the forum this week & only spotted this thread today (thanks Scotty).
I'd love to come, but worried i may have missed the cut off, plus i leave for a 2 week holiday in about 90mins.

Hi Guys,
The latest update for 14th May Track Event, Bedford:
We will be meeting at Bedford at 4.00pm, where we will be taken for a tour around the workshop to see a single-seater Formula Palmer Audi. After this, there will be a quick briefing
, then it's on to the track! 
So far I have received payment from 17 people but am expecting a further 5 people, who have confirmed but I haven't received the money so far.
Looking forward to seeing you all on the 14th May.

5.00 Track opens - Open pit lane with 20 cars max on track simultaneously
7.45 Track closes
If you have more than 20 cars that's not an issue. It will still run as "open" pitlane and the marshalls will be monitoring the numbers of cars on track. This should not be a problem as even if you have 30 cars, I can see everyone being out at the same time for 3 hours...

I have now received the invoice from Bedford Aerodrome. Unfortunately, however, there are a number of people who said that they would come, but still have not paid. As such, I have no option but to cancel this event. My apologies to all of you who, like myself, were extremely excited about the prospect of getting out on this brilliant track. If you could please PM me with your details, I will arrange to send you your cheques/transfers as soon as I receive your PMs.
