FRONT DISCS REQUIRED B7 RS4

Hi, require new discs for the above, have tried to find after markets but no joy. Anyone any ideas, can get genuine Audis for £580 inc pand p. I have new set of Audi pads.

Done some searching on older forums Virdee autos name mentioned, can't find them on web...

Seems really unusual that there is no aftermarket replacements. Someone tell me I dont need to blow £600 on two discs.

£600 seems pretty reasonable to me. The APs I had on my B5 were a lot more IIRC.

Yeah agreed, just missed a brand new set genuine audi on EB this morning, alarm at 8 am crashed out again woke at 8.40am missed auction by 4 mins... SOLD £385 inc P and P Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr I was soooo annoyed with myself..

Its better I say grr rather than my usual extreme foul mouthed outbursts..............

I know exactly the listing you were looking at, looked at it too. However, this seller has sold these discs multiple times before-now I don't know whether they genuinely have many RS4 B7 front discs or they just keep re=listing them? The other thing is they always list them as private so no telling fron feedback if they have actually sold them (if that makes sense?)

Also a slightly cheaper alternative is VW phaeton discs attatched to the centre bells of our disc. They are around £350 new...

Who was the seller? If it is Rach1265 I bought a set for £160, they are genuine and arrived in 2 days and then saw same person list more new sets. There are some used on there now and TBH if they have enough meat in them worth a punt. I have always bought used discs in the past with no issues.

Yeah, that's the seller, that's just what I wanted to here P_G. I'll keep an eye out. The way e-bay is at the mo you just don't know if they are not scammers or not

I also bought a set off him, didn't get the bargain of the century that PG did but still under 50% of what Audi are wanting - or BOGOF if you look at it another way.

The guy is genuine and discs (from what I can make out) are genuine.
Went out of his way to sort me out when my order went astray - TNT ballsed up the delivery so he got another set and sent them out to me whilst the original lot were lost in transit (think he arranged with TNT to return to him so I guess these are the ones that were listed and finished yesterday morning)

Story is his mate works at Audi and he can pretty much get anything at very reasonable rates.
Whether legit or not who knows but if PG got a set for £160 and I got mine for £380; either Audi have a huge mark up and margin on them or stock control is somewhat lax at that dealership!

Interesting comments, that is who the seller was and it was set to private... I hope they see this posting and BLAG another set from the dealer and list them up cos I wanna buy them.
