My thinking if its a had a few owners,alot of new owners always pamper and look after a car they have just purchased

So one with 10 owners will probably be better than the day it left the factory

someone buys it ... lets it degrade to the point of needing a service, discs, pads, repairs etc

so sells it on cheap

next person does the same

etc etc etc

condition deteriorates
