May 8&9 2004, same venue as last year. Anyone going?
We have booked accomodation (camping = barbies and muchos beers) and I think most of the local hotels are pretty full already. Some of us are going from the Friday evening through to Sunday and we have a campsite booked within a few miles of the venue. Have we got our RS246 club tickets booked? I think some guys in other groups are applying for club 'division' tickets to get more display pitches.
They have apparently changed the rules this year to make it easier to run the sprints if our car is on a club display. Although, I thought many cars from the trade stands were allowed to run on the 1/4 mile in 2003.
@Joshie, fancy another kamikaze cross country blast again? It was fun last time!!
Looking forward to this one.

I never realised it was so bad as I never saw/heard of any problems last year. There seems to be some strong emotions about this. I am going because I know many others are travelling from afar to be there.johneroberts wrote:Sorry but there is no way i would personally condone RS246 attending a badly run show like that, and also being in a field with so many car thives present
