My APR Supercharger has arrived!

Post by mutantfatcat » Sun Sep 18, 2011 7:13 pm

James called me to let me know everthing has arrived and is now in stock, so I took a trip down to JBS yesterday to take some pics.

The pulley wheel is so light to spin, so very little strain on the belt etc.

Full kit including Milltek decat downpipes.

I'm very impressed with the quality of the kit, even down to APR's attention to detail on packaging and installation instructions.

Clear and concise thick instruction booklet........almost thought about giving it a go myself!

Clutch kit.

Think it will be totally different, prob say the APR one will be more linear and no where near as the power Danny was putting out, however I think the APR one will be more of a bolt on and go. Will be interested to see a MRC custom remap on the APR charger.

Have spoken to Danny about this, we reckon the APR will sit between the PES and the TTS. It won't give the same 'instant' torque of Danny's and delivery will be more linear, but peak power should be up on Danny's.

Haha, unfortunately, it's not for DIY fitting and it's got to have APR or Custom Code software for warranty.
