Was going to say no picture of the CATs and no mention of it in the advert, if it came with the CATs then yes £900 is fair and to be honest I'd take it for that but it's not mentioned as including them anyway or showing them in pictures.

I messaged him and he said to me he wants more than £800 so guessing £900 to do the deal. Although for me it's a 7 hour round trip and end of the day if I pay through Paypal he loses 4% to paypal fee's + 4% of the total fee for the final selling price on the ebay side so £900 - £36 - £36 = £828 in his pocket / £900 cost to me.

However, A1M who I've bought exhaust from before for my E46 M3's will do brand new one for £1350 collected which is 3 hour round trip. I think for £450 extra I'll buy a brand new one + will save £50 on fuel so £400 extra for a new one I think the ebay listing isn't that fantastic price.

You'll also get a lifetime warranty on a new one which you don't on a used Milltek that was fitted to another car.

Given it has done 20k miles on it it's only really worth £6-700 tops, less if in poor condition.

I whacked in £720 bid at the end, didn't win but did make whoever was bidding go from £670 to £740 feels nice knowing I've made someone pay an extra £70

I'd offered the chap £800 at the start of the week if I could of collected it either Monday, Tuesday evening so with it going for £740, he'll now have 4% paypal fee's + his seller fee's on ebay so he'll only take about £680 so that makes me pretty happy to

Anyway on another note I'm now off to Roadrunner Motorsport where I've just bought a new 'Cat Back Non-Resonated Exhaust Valved' (so basically the same as the auction) for obviously cost more but now I will have peace of mind, and lifetime guarantee I know what I'll be fitting tomorrow evening or Sunday when I've time
