Is the TTRS worthy of a new section?

Post by Macdaddy » Tue May 24, 2011 5:04 pm

As per this thread then:

http://forum.rs246.com/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=91123

As per PhilT's suggestion!, Personally think its worthy especially as the RS3 and the TTS have sections...... just my 2p :bigblink:

Even though I realise its not a "real" RS due it it not being assembled at the famous Neckarsulm plant. I do believe it should have a section as there's some real nice examples out there and will draw more users to the forum.

What was the outcome of this? It sounded like there was enough support for a TTRS section, but I see nothing's appeared yet...

I'm toying with the idea of getting one, so from my selfish perspective it would be handy to have a TTRS section on this forum to refer to. Plus, I believe aka_dk is getting one soon and it would be the ideal place for his pics & detailed write-ups to be posted.... :)

Phil T - have you changed your initial view, or do you still feel a TTRS section isn't warranted?

Cheers....Si

I would say a BIG FAT NO based on the conduct of TTRS members on AudiSRS

I'm not a member on Audi SRS....not expecting you to go into detail, but what have they done?

I think we should have a section now. This site seems to take problematic users in it's stride, and it's unfair to those who have a TT RS and are just like the rest of us :D

If it kicks off over here then I'll take the gloves off, I was just being polite over there.
