Thinking of selling!

Post by Billiemapped » Wed Jun 22, 2011 11:14 am

With a move to France on the cards in the next couple of months I feel its time to sell.

Not in the classifieds as yet.

Car will on the TTS roadsport stand at the GTI International event at Bruntingthorpe this weekend.

66k needs nothing.

Please pm if interested

I love this car. You should keep it. You'll miss it in France - loooooots of good roads :)

This is my cunning solution for this:

Forward facing camera cunningly hidden in the passenger side headlight with a feed straight to the RNS-D/E.

A LHD RS6 will probably cost you twice what you can sell yours for... I wonder if it's possible to do a steering column / dash swap. Would at least be a permanent solution for the rattling pedal box :) Left hookers don't do it :P

Have personally seen this car up close whilst in Daves ownership at ADI, as well as it cruising around my home town. Total monster!

Got to agree.

And if you think the '6 is rare in the UK, then in France it should appear to be extinct! We've never seen another one there.

I totally agree, but with a estimated 20k plus miles per year a diesel it what I should be driving, I thinking about either a A6 3.0 TDI quattro avant or a Volkswagen Touareg V10 or the 3.0 V6 I haven't driven any of them as yet, anyone have a experience of these it would to good to hear from you.

A6 3.0 TDI Le Mans prices have dipped a bit recently despite the new shape Avant not even being out yet. Some good deals around, especially on the last of the prefacelifts.

You'll get the same fuel economy as the RS6 with the Touarag V10 diesel and it'll be slower. Can't see the advantage. Plus they are fugly IMO.

A6 would be better. They are quite well equipped.

The A6 3.0 TDI would be as quick if not quicker than the Toerag you reckon? They weigh 2.5 tons!!? Couldn't believe how quick the A7 3.0 TDi I had a drive in two months back was. Very impressed - and somewhat depressed at the same time [that it felt quick compared to my petrol 4.2 V8]

HI boys we drove down to Monte Carlo a couple of weeks ago for a Charity Rally drive and didn't see one other 6' but then while walking round the harbour this was sitting in a pit garage that was being taken down.

Looks like a local car.

Not bad other than the number plate rivet on the right which is too high and makes me want to photoshop your image.

No OCD here ;)
