Clutch remove and install guide?

the clutch on my RS4s given up the ghost this pm, pulled onto driveway and absolutely nothing there

So wondering if anyone has a link for a guide on changing the clutch. I run a workshop so access to all the latest equipment and 2 techs to fit, just not fitted an RS4 one before (normally work on Jap cars) so any info before we get started would help.
