Bluetooth Handsfree Kit Suggestions

Post by jimmywar » Wed May 18, 2011 11:29 am

Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a handsfree kit for my S4. I bought the cradle for the factory fitted one but I find it totally pant! I want something neat, so not really wanting anything which involves fitting an additional screen like a Parrot.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Many thanks.

Jawbone Era Headset

If I didn't have RNSE and Bluetooth, I'd get one

PARROT MKi9200

This will also then give you ipod connectivity (plus USB memory stick, SD card). This will disable to CD changer unit.

It does have the downside of having the addtiional display needing to be mounted, i to was concerned about thst, but have to say where mine is fitted (just above the sat nav screen on the little ledge) it looks good.

Think the only other option is going RNS-E - for me the cost difference and the addtional functionality of the Parrot outweighed the extra unit on the dash
