looking good so far, will give this till the end of the week before submitting numbers to Manager @ Ace Cafe, should be good, also gents, a question has been raised as to what this meet will be officially called on Ace Cafe site...

As most of you know, this has been posted on 2 sites, in order to try and get a good turnout, am i right in thinking we would ideally like to keep the event for S and RS enthusiasts? In any case the event will need to be kept neutral and linked to any specific forum or site, so any suggestions as to what the meet can be called welcome...

As they already have a VAG night on every last tuesday of the month for all other marques etc

Perhaps we can start this from the 1st sunday next month, April 3rd? Might be a better option with slightly better weather (one can hope!) and start of BST so more daylight...

When I booked the Grasshopper meets I used to put down "Club Audi", this was purely for the staff to understand and making booking ref easier, otherwise I would have just used RS246

Maybe "High Performance Audi meet"?

I think using a club name will not exactly draw publicity, so trying to keep it neutral is the key. To be fair I'm all for calling it RS246.

Sonny / Shane, as this meet is for S and RS marques, and have a mixture of members attending we should try and keep the meet naming neutral to both forum me thinks

You could make a play on quattro seeing as all the quick Audis are 4wd. "Audi quattro Night." etc

Within distance for me - would certainly make the Sundays I'm stuck in the office until 5pm more bearable with a cruise into London for 6pm.
