Yes stirling work, thanks to Phil and anyone who is involved in the running and upkeep of this site, its saved me a whole lot of hassle over the last few years.

For my tuppence worth could we have a new post function/button so we can see all the new posts easily ?

I click on rsForums at the top then click on View Unread Posts at top right.

It'll be interesting to see if the new software will then display my correct signature. I changed it 18months ago and although I see it in my profile the old one shows in my posts.

^^^^ yes, I found updating the signature confusing - I appeared to find two different routes to do it, with only one of them working?

also, it is possible to deal with the issue of "you cannot make another search so soon after your last"?

For the search, I have changed the time from 15 seconds to 5 seconds between searches.
