LOOKIN TO BUY AS SOON AS

Post by TIMSRS » Tue Jan 25, 2011 3:54 pm

Hi
My first thread on the B7 RS section, had a C5 RS6 for a while than went to a Porsche turbo.
Wanting to get back into Audi RS's and the B7 seems a good choice.
A few questions that you could help with if you don't mind.

1.How does DRC fair up on the B7 My 6 required Billies not long after getting it.
2.The manifold coke-up seems to be ok on some and worse on others, Is this something that will certainly need doing at some point.

Oh if someone fancies a deal with a 911 Turbo send me PM

Welcome, Tim

The replacement DRC seems to be holding up well AFAIK. Coke is a touchy subject here, but I think it depends on how the car has been driven in the past - it needs a regular red lining!
Why the change from the Porker?

Always been a fan of Fast audi's. Had the porker for a bit of a change, But just wanting to get back.
I love the Porsche to bits and it's super quick running 550 bhp at 1.1 bar.

Lovely Porka. Best colour too by the looks of it. All the best cars are blue. Have you got the Porka on PH?
