i find it amazing, going to build a self build helicopter in a few years but this jet pack is the nuts!

200hp turbo charged rotax
60mph
8000 feet max (projected)
30 min flight time
$100k price tag projected

.. but has been in development from many years now.. i wander whats slowing the release down...

and i cant find any videos where they have taken this up in a manned flight above tree top height.. maybe they dont want to risk damaging the prototype or have any accidents!
