Hi Justin, Mine is slightly older by about six weeks and only 14500 miles ! I don't have heated seats but do have Misano paint, Symphony, 18" nine spokes and GmbH suspension. I rather suspect your price is too high but please let me know how you get on. Are you advertising elsewhere? No interest at all in mine at £20445.
