What else do you need to make it work ?

I assume:

Cabling
Replacement heater controls (which sit lower to allow double din screen above)
GPS antenna
GPS control unit (in boot)

In my case since I already have basic Nav and a Symphony head unit, I just need a GPS extension cable.

I've now started looking on German e-bay. There are quite a few Sat Nav plus units available for half the price they go for on the UK site and many of them will ship within Europe...

Because I don't need to, I haven't looked into it. There is also the consideration if it's C-Navi or D-Navi you might different parts. Have you looked at the TVWIZ site?
