RS2 in Yellow? How many made?

Seen a couple of pictures of an RS2 in Yellow on the net, never knew Audi made it in this colour, only thought it was available in Blue, Silver, Black and Red. So if Audi did make the RS2 in yellow, anyone know how many?

Yellow was only available as an option on the continent i.e. LHD drive cars. it was not available on UK RHD cars.
I have no idea how many continental cars were made in Yellow

Yellow was available on the original quattros as wineflower and was a lifestyle color or option so I suspect it was also available for the s2 ..................thats if anyone chose it Audi would do any color as an extra and charged for it HTH's

I know one LHD yellow RS2 was imported into the UK a few years ago. It had about 60k miles on it at the time & it was for sale again recently with well over 100k miles. It was possible to order any non standard colour for a RS2 when new. Not many people took this option in Europe as the RS2 was avaliable in a lot more colours than you could get in the UK. In the UK we only had five colours. My RS2 is a UK spec RHD car in "Pearl White". It was a "Special Order" colour when new & cost £1500 extra. According to Audi's records it is the only UK car built in a non standard colour.

Hi, A yellow LHD drive one is located near me (Cheshire). We use the same specialist garage for servicing/repairs (I've not me the owner yet). There are a couple of pic's his yellow RS2 it on the Votex garage website.

My answer referred specifically to the RS2 where for UK spec cars yellow was not available. I tried and was quite happy to pay extra for a special colour on my RS2 when I ordered it but Audi would not budge on producing a one-off colour for a UK spec car. The only UK spec RS2 I know of that is not in a standard colour is the scottish one in Pearlescent White which was produced for the dealer principle of a Scottish Audi dealer.
