i guess you think £20k is way too much? i thought it seemed reasonable considering its ultra low mileage and condition, there dont seem to be many with under 50k miles on them.

You can buy a really sorted plus for that.. miles mean feck all on these mate... Better buying a forum car for 5-6k less and using the money to bbuy a bullet proof warranty. Most stealers know nothing about these cars. What do you know about them mate? Genuine question.. not being an arse.

LOL £20k for an avus saloon !

you must be mad ... but hey, if odometer vanity is your thing !

26k on the clock is not going to stop the bills coming

IMO, much better value to be had in the market ... but each to their own

my daily driver has 260k on it so miles arent the be all and end all but id rather it was a low mileage minter than a high mile one, thats just me, like my cars to be tidy, it will be my third car so wont be used too much either, have an evo8 mr ive had since almost new to keep it company.

My one word of advice is... if you know not a lot... just hang on trawl the forums and read and absorb. They are not for the feint hearted. Will make the running costs of your evo look like a mini's. "£1k is about the rule of thumb per fix or service. Another good un is look in the garagre and see what people have spent....
We are members of the "self preservation society" We hate to see people buy them, realise that they cant afford them then sell them cheap. Just to give you some idea... between Aug 2009 and 2010 i did £12k on fuel.... 40k miles that was. £12k on 2 new heads, £8k on new turbos.... So think long and hard.

I must be mellowing... or its xmas.....
