Great thread Wolfgang,
I think you should run for Prime Minister and head the 2026 World Cup bid for England!

Seriously, as a new owner as from tomorrow some of this advice is priceless!

Cheers all.
Shane

Here's a photo of the tyre pressure sticker from the B-pillar door frame. This is taken from my 2007 RS4 Avant.

Okay, here are some discoveries i've made in the last few days:

1. There is a third sun visor just behind the rear view mirror.
2. There are storage trays under both front seats (standard Recaros).
3. There is a warning triangle in a compartment inside the rear tailgate.

Shouldn't there also a first aid kit in the ski hatch thing? Not sure if this was standard or an option?

First Aid Kit;
I was told by the dealer I bought my car from that the First Aid Kit was there for the first owner, but when they prep the cars for resale it gets discarded. Something to with Health & Safety they said!
Still, I took mine out my trade-in car so I still have one in the car.
At least I know where that one's been.

Is there anything in the kit with a use-by date?

yeah most medical disposables have a use by date, usually around 3-5 years!

Things like latex gloves, start to go brittle etc...

This website is like a gold mine for those of us still in the "lusting after" stage of RS4 ownership...
Lusting after and RS4.

Believe the OE first aid kit is L-shape so it fits into the center arm rest (saloon) £55 to order from dealer, only a £25 option (conforms to German DIN standards).
Money can't buy you love, but it can buy you a well sorted racecar

Back to tyre pressures chaps, are the M+S figures if you've got winter tyres fitted? So that standard pressure for 19" rims will be 38/35 front/back for a standard set of PS2s for example?
