aka_dk wrote:So left the Plus with MRC for 10 days or so whilst I was away for them to get the final pieces TIP TOP on the car ... then I had a thought ... I'll ask them to whack it on their Dyno and make its put putting out what it should be ...

Picked it up this morning and much to my pleasure, I was happy to see the Dyno plot waiting for me !!

481PS

8) 8) 8) 8) 8)

Not bad for a 6 yr old 100k car eh !
What was it putting out before the N75 change? Only reason I ask is because at the last MRC RR day, my car made 474PS. Wonder if a new N75 might just get me those few extra PS.. Mind you, could have just been temperature on the day I suppose.

Also, what torque did yours make? Mine made 673Nm on that same run.

My car is totally standard as well and I did the MRC run on Tesco99.

it was 450PS before the N75 change ... Torque was around 630Nm ... Hmmm, why so less? I remember you saying though what u got was more than stock?

I dread the day I forget to log out of Paypal and my wife accidentally stables across my purchases over the past 2 years. A Cossie'fied Mk1 Cortina build and an RS6 is probably grounds for divorce!

Yeah, still none the wiser as to why though. Maybe I actually have a duff N75 that's overboosting perhaps? Seems rather weird that the ps power is virtually spot on though? Hmm..

I'd be interested to see your graph and in particular, the torque curve towards the top of the rev range.

Anyway, here's my graph:

Save it as a JPEG/JPG or resave it as PDF with cut down resolution and no OCR etc.
Next time get it dyno'd with your new RS 6 floor mats, I know how much power they add.
No matter where you go, there you are.
