Very nice.

If I was looking for another 6 it would have to be a plus but I would look for an unmolested one as i always think if a car has been modded it will have been ragged.

The plus is already pushing more BHP through the same gearbox that is the weakest link (DRC excluded) on the 6.

I don't like tinted windows either as they make estates look like vans, I'd rather have blinds.....

Just my tuppence worth....

but the same torque, which is what can kill the gearbox

also, I disagree gearbox is the weakest link after DRC...how about Altenator or Intercoolers ... its just the gearbox is the most expensive, but its not a given it will go

Not all tuned cars are thrashed. Mine is running a stage 1, but I drive like an old biddy. Its just a nice to have extra for those rare occasions you come across a ferrari or similar. As for gearboxes, if you treat them right then they'll run just fine. Traffic light gp is strictly a no no.

Agreed, I'm sure if its treated sensibly it'll never go wrong but its a shame that it isn't really up to the job which is why I'd look for an unmodified car as at least theres a better chance the box has not had excessive strain put on it.

Why did Audi make such a powerful engine and then mate it to a box which can't really handle the torque?

Nope.... not under warranty. Coilovers, ARB's and a service!

All reflected in the sale price.
