Strange one

Ok,

I used the cup holder the other day, went to put it back in, it gets 3/4 of the way and stopes. Any ideas ? Is it a big job to fix ? (the car is up for sale)

Also on the same day the passenger seat had the bit on the bottom extended, the bit that makes it go longer on the bottom giveing more support to your legs, i think a coin has got in the gap as that wont close fully eather ! What can i do about that ?
