i ended up buying it for 8.5k and the car is absolutely immaculate and wants for nothing!i was buying it to strip out and track it but its far too good for that!!

That's alot of car for the money there mate, well done, reckon if you broke it, you'd get more than that for the parts!!!

For reference my car was sold fully loaded mint condition 18 months ago with only 67k and sold more recently for approx 15k by s4driver after he added b7 brakes and private plate to the already very good spec,r5cpk sold approx 4 months ago with 78k and some nice bits like milltek brakes etc also for 13k+,a spread of actuall selling prices and real cars value is not hard to estimate from just these few alone,asking prices were obviously more as everyone factors in some element of negotiation,these are real world realistic selling prices that an owner can achieve on a private sale basis,I do think M888rsy you have got yourself a bit of a deal there even with its mileage

Sold again for £16k a few months ago..
