Speed cams m40/m42 Junction (roughly) west bound

I noticed as you pass under a gantry there are speed cam markings on the road. Are they live? I didn't see any cameras.

I was on the way back from MRC so my foot was abit heavy

On the Pocket GPS World site (http://www.pocketgpsworld.com) they mark a load of "Dummy" camera locations on the bottom of the M42 joining the M40

They mark Locations as Dummys where "..... due to the type of gantry used (basically scaffolding with no access/walkway), the road would have to be closed off in order to take cameras down or install new ones via a cherry-picker. " or where there are road markings but no cameras... obviously this is a community created database so could be wrong etc etc

That would make sense, road markings and signs but no cams in sight and it was just like scaffold with signs on and now I think of it the markings seemed a little too close to where the cams would be positioned, they have to point nearly straight down. Fingers crossed

Thanks mate
