108k Mugello Avant YP07 UG*

Post by neckarsulm » Sat Aug 07, 2010 8:14 am

In the trade having been px'd at a main dealer in East Midlands.
4 owners so anyone from here?
Most of the recent history was in Sheffield so probably lived round there.

Closed trade auction and currently on £18k with no bids and 2.5 days to go.

What do we think it will make?
Appraisal makes it sound a bit chippy, I'd imagine typical for a 100k+ car in that colour. Will need 4 tyres soon.

Spec is good with Nav but no FBSW or buckets!

To be honest i dont think that one will do aswell as others youve posted that have made above trade prices, The 100k mark is still a biggie mentally for many,it will probably make early 20 region and get retailed around 23 or 24k but for a 5k more you can be in one with less than half that mileage!!

Well spotted Frazered!
That ad is 12 days old so I assume he gave it a week and just px'd it.
No wonder he didn't sell it at £25k!
Hope Valley is in the Peak District so pretty local to where car is now.
According to the dealer it's 4 registered keepers, how it can be 1 driver is an interesting conundrum.
The new owner wont be eligible to get the extended warranty if the car goes through a dealer AFAIK.

I personally wouldn't bother if I was in the market as I don't want a chippy RS4, on a workhorse TDI wouldn't be such an issue but I always pamper my RS's and all those chips would depress me which is the opposite of what I bought my RS for and blue is 2nd to solid black for showing EVERY mark :(

Probably around £7k per year on fuel over 108,000 miles!

Not sure how you jump to that conclusion, a small % out of 1000´s have had some issues but that is well within acceptable levels by anyone’s standards.

No reason why it should be. All the german manufacturers now build for around 150,000 miles before overhaul. RS4's no different.
