Rob, It was 800 + vat, water pump, no thermostat ( I stooooopidly didnt tell them to do it) but I did get them to do the toothed belt at the same time. Yes it included all other belts, rollers etc etc...BUT:

Thats what I would do given the choice mate, get down to Unit 20 better than Audi by far as you never know who your gonna get they differ so much from dealership to dealership.

You're in Surry.. get Rob at Camberley Audi to give you a quote, do not get palmed off to Guildford or the other Colborne Surry Audis. Just Camberley. Mind you, it'll not be 800 or 950 plus VAT, it'll be closer to 1200+ but it will be done correctly. I'm not sure if it's still available but if you join their Colborne's for life scheme it's 10% off.
No matter where you go, there you are.

Transport to Grizz first choice, Camb Audi and MRC are great fall backs for the Surry area.

Just another option, i had mine done by 4 rings in Dartford a few weeks ago. £930 including pump, flat belt and stat, really good service, and they are mobile, they come to you!

I would HIGHLY recommend them. Have a look here http://www.4rings.co.uk/
