Hi there everyone...I have a question regarding the RS4 MAF sensor (Bosch). It seems that many of the Bosch MAF's are being upgraded with sensors that have a diode (possibly zener) across the empty terminals of the old sensors. The S4 sensor does not use the diode that you have on your sensors. Even on a 1.8T car, I replaced a MAF sensor, and the new one that I used (not intended for the car, but an updated bosch one nevertheless) has a diode strapped across the sensor's empty terminals. What I'm trying to see is, 1) Do your cars populate every single terminal for the maf's connector? and 2) do you have a schematic showing this?
Also, do you guys see many failures with your sensors?
Any help would be appreciated. I'm tired of seeing dead MAF's on 2000 S4's and if we can just solder a voltage regulator across those two empty terminals on the sensor side, that would be great.
Thanks alot!!!!!!!!

give us a week or so and i will get a schematic wiring diagram
Can't beat a bit of boost!
Re: RS4 MAF sensor
super sweet. thanks Bushy. Do you want to see an S4? I can dig one up tomorrow or so. I should take a picture of our populated pins for you.
