Crash at Brands

Post by Revolution » Fri Jun 25, 2010 11:42 am

Hi all

One of our customers Paul Cowland runs a Golf Gti in a saloon championship. We've sponsored it for the last few years doing alignment and other work he's asked us to carry out but very much a DIY racer and built most of the car himself only in his 2nd season and doing really well.

Unfortunately, he had a big crash at Brands on his last race - all safe and sound (only whiplash) but sadly the car is a little worse for wear.

Check out the you-tube link here:

Take heed for all of you track day warriors amongst you.....motorsport is Dangerous!!

Bad driving=crash.
Had he not remembered the brake pedal? Rule is to lock up when you have lost it and it continues in the same direction.
