Perfect Car

Hi All

I'm new here but not new to my S6.

I am 16 months into owning my Black S6 and I have recenty been flirting with a new car. I was 'deposit paid' on a new GTR Nissan.

After much number crunching and pondering I am staying as I am.

Undoubtedly the GTR was faster (furiously fast) but.......I can't help but feel that the S6 delivers so much as an all rounder that I may own it forever.

Another supersaloon would not be exciting enough to change to and if I move away from Audi I lose 4wd. My boss owned an RS4 V8 and to be honest there was very little difference in the performance of the 2. I also always felt like I was in a lower grade car in the RS4.

My search narrowed to a GT and was then GTR or 911 and as much as both were gorgeous, the huge amount of money they would cost to change was just not worth it.

My car is depreciating so slowly now after losing all its money in the 1st 2 - 3 years. The V10 is gorgeous and interesting if a little quiet and it is a real 'Q' car that loads of people comment on.

So to sum up probably the most boring post ever in the world, the S6 is officially perfect and I will keeping my 'big fella' for the forseeable future.

Might fancy some new wheels though. Any thoughts?

The S6 V10 is exceptional VFM ! Infact recently they've gone up in money !
And they're far rarer than a B7 RS4 or RS6.

Stick a Milltek on it and you'll love it even more ;)

I´ve been driving mine for few years now and I cant get any car in list to change for. New S4 would be much nimbler in twisties but overall ride quality and interior dimensions and capacitys would suffer too much.
It seems to be a keeper...
