Crash at Brands

Hi all

One of our customers Paul Cowland runs a Golf Gti in a saloon championship. We've sponsored it for the last few years doing alignment and other work he's asked us to carry out but very much a DIY racer and built most of the car himself only in his 2nd season and doing really well.

Unfortunately, he had a big crash at Brands on his last race - all safe and sound (only whiplash) but sadly the car is a little worse for wear.

Whilst I appreciate its great Paul survived and is OK .. Do we need this posted in EVERY forum .. surely one post in General Car Chat would have sufficed ?

New to this forum and someone else has mentioned this too - so appologies.

I didnt realise that members read all the sections, (i dont) but reading this probably think that "general chat" would suffice.
I should start looking at that section too

Maybe one of the moderators could switch it over/off?

I did think it was of interest to all member hence the splattering.

Glenn yes of interest to all . so yeah no probs "all in all" (great way to get your post count up .. LOL) .. and honest glad to see you say Paul was Ok after it .. Cars (we love em) can be mended / (or god forbid) replaced not people

Re all the forums .. yeah us RS6 boys like to go annoy the others so hang in all forums .. just as those RS4 boys come ruffle us every so often in "ours"

Yes were glad he's okay too and metal can always be replaced.

Good to hear that members shoot accross all sub forums.....I will have to do the same, but to be fair I'm a watcher not a poster.

One thing I love about this forum is there is very little tittle tattle going on - good debate and I've had loads of help in my search for and RS4
