I live in Vammala about 50km from Tampere -if you know where Tampere is? 200km drive to Helsinki from Vammala and about 180km to Lahti.

Let´s see how I get on with my RS4? It´s real winter in here right now with 20cm of snow, so it´s a good weather to start practicing with my new shiny RS4... I live in the country side so almost all of the roads are snowy in the winter.

One secret is to use handbrake -it´s fun! My Volvo has been a real nightmare to drive in winter with automatic and front wheel drive -it is going where it wants! I know RS4 is much better with Quattro!

Don´t mess with your RS4 as you did with the A4, the RS4 is perfect like it is. Congrats on your purchase.

Hej Olio and welcome - your car looks great... looks like you bought it from Porsche Mannheim...? I've had good experience dealing with them in the past, hope you did too.
During my many years travelling to Finland on business I recall that car purchase tax is something like 300% - is this still the case? If so, presumably an RS4 must cost about £120,000 in our money?

Don´t be affraid, no body modifications needed to that beautiful body of RS4, it´s perfect! I also have Volkswagen Type3 Automatic 1968 driven only 74000km and it´s still in original condition! (in attachment the VW is wedding car)

Bigger breaks (maybe movit) 19" summer wheels (BBS CH or MTM/Sportec) Suspension (Quattro GMBH?) and exhaust system to RS4 and it´s perfect [img]images/graemlins/roundeyes.gif[/img]

Yes the car is from Porsche Mannheim they have lot´s of beautiful Porsches! also our taxes here in Finland are very high but luckily RS4 didn´t cost that much for me (still expensive though) How much RS4 costs in England? If I remember right new RS4 cost about £90,000 here in Finland. Now I have heard that here is 2 of them and mine will be the third one [img]images/graemlins/roundeyes.gif[/img]

Still a perfect car for the conditions (with winter tyres).
