Hi Chaps,
Have returned to UK after living in NZ for 4 years ( I owned a B5 RS4 there ) Had my first drive today in a B7 Avant . This car had the sports suspension plus which I found firm over urban roads. Is the normal suspension better suited for the UK roads ? ( I will be using this as my everyday car for business )
I am after a pre owned Avant in Daytona Grey only, with buckets and FBSW . Preferrably 07 ,with excellent history, not excessive mileage and a good spec ( I will be covering high miles ) Can you chaps advise on what options apart from Sat Nav are essential / desirable ? eg adaptive lights etc. Is it possible for a privately purchased car to get an approved Audi warranty ?
I have looked on Audi approved/ Pistonheads and auto trader . Audi approved have a few more daytona grey listed now eg.

Anyone know these cars or have tried to deal on them. I would prefer an Audi approved car
But before I go down that route, I thought it would be worth posting on here ( I would rather buy an enthusiast owned car ) in case anyone is considering changing and might want to discuss a deal rather than a trade in . I am a cash buyer based in hampshire and don't mind travelling for the right car .
Apologies for all the questions , but this forum is a mine of info and I would really appreciate some feedback.
Thanks
James

You can get an Audi approced warranty once the Dealer has carried out a 100+ point check at your cost. The warranty costs £1655 with a 15k mileage cap, and circa £2100 for unlimited mileage.
Audi Camberley (Rob) 0276 606500 is a good dealership, and not at all far from you.
