I know they are on the expensive side, but you could do a lot worse than take your car to East Kent Audi. I have an '04-plated RS6+ in Sprint Blue near Canterbury, so I'm not overwhelmed with options seeing as time tends to be at a premium. EKA look after my beastie: they have sorted out all the problems that Chelmsford Audi (who sold me the car) couldn't/wouldn't, I have found them to be particularly helpful and most importantly, they don't give you any B/S.

Hi, offering my 2p for what it's worth. I tried EK Audi when I first got my car and the alternator failed. Was treated like a second class citizen and had to wait 3 days for them to run the diagnostic to confirm the problem. Only got an answer after 3 days as I chased them as they were not returning my calls. Would pay the £115 + Vat an hour if the service was up to par.
Ended up going to QST, no doubt Kim knows the cars back to front and at £70 + vat better the EK. Had the car for a long time though and when I got the bill was ALOT (£800) more than I was expecting!

Not sure who I will end up using, spoken to Grizz at unit 20 and would be top of the list but is a fair old treck and may need a new torque converter so would mean taking time off work too!
Amazing there are three 6's in Thanet and a plus in Canterbury - I live in ashford and have not seen any Rs6's! Couple of 4's and 2 mock s6's but that's about it!
if you ever get together would be good to check out some other beasties!

Hi Marv, thanks for your info on East Kent Audi. Shame they kept you in the dark, at £115 + VAT i would want to be treated like a king. I live in Broadstairs and every now and then cruise up to Ashford, your right it would be good to meet up one day. Chris.

I made the day trip to see Martin @ UNIT 20 - 300 miles each way!!!

Long old day but the drive back was great with all the little bits sorted and one surprise.

Uprated ARBs front and Back
New Discs and pads all round
80K service
Gearbox service.
Engine Mount.
Missing pipe clips here and there replaced etc.....
Intercooler - that was the surprise- bugger !!!!
Costs - substantially cheaper than EKA and quality service.
