RS4 B7 iPhone - Whats the best way ?

picking my first RS4 up in a couple of weeks ))))

whats the best way of getting my iPhone working with the car?

Does the RS4 have the phone kit? It wasn't standard, so it it doesn't your best bet is to retrofit it (get the latest version of the BT module so that you ca be sure it's iPhone compatible).

If it does have the phone kit, then check the module version - if it's old you might have to relace it to make it iPhone compatible.

the car doesn't have the telephone option.

i'm guessing its a parrot or some other option.

unless theres a oem audi looking sat nav / headunit including telephone function that can be retro fitted??

Very easy, I did it myself in just over an hour or you can get someone like craigyb to so it for you.
