Bigger injectors on S3

Post by chris22 » Tue Dec 30, 2003 8:54 pm

Im looking to fit bigger injectors to my S3.
Has anyone done this mod?
What are the advantages?
Where will I find some? and how much?
and is it the case of just fitting them or is there more involved?

surely something like that would need a remap.

do they need upgrading?

will the fuel pump supply the relevant fuel needed by bigger injectors?

following on from Paul's advice I think that you'd need to look at the fuel pressure regulator as well if you fitted bigger injectors. I'm not sure of the specifics but I've heard it mentioned that the standard injectors are good up to at least 300 ishh bhp. something to consider I think.
