Abingdon Airfield Trackday & Meet - Friday March 12th

After meeting a few members down there last week and there being a bit of interest, I've decided to try and get a meet together at Abingdon Airfield in a couple of weeks.

For those who want to track you can book at http://www.motorsport-events.co.uk/ or http://www.trackdays.co.uk/tracks/abingdon.htm. It's roughly 120 notes for the full day but I believe that you can book and split half a day with someone else if you only want half a session.


Directions to Abingdon Airfield, Dalton Barracks, Abingdon

From the A34

Take the exit signed Abingdon A415 and Dalton Barracks and at the roundabout take the third exit signed Dalton Barracks.

In half a mile turn right signed again to Dalton Barracks and then turn right again signed to Dalton Barracks.

After 300 yards turn left onto the airfield.

For those of you with satellite navigation the postcode for the Barracks is: OX13 6JB. Note the airfield is adjacent to the Barracks.

Once on site follow out black arrows on yellow backgrounds and proceed at no more than 15 mph to the paddock area.
