Brilliant footage, the RS2 looks great in the green too....

Brings back memories of when I sat in the passenger seat of a 348TB and did 5 laps round there, a never to be forgotten experience! The Audi holds that nasty banked bend a hell of a lot better than the Ferrari that's for sure

What happened to the RS2 in the film on the last bend before the footage stops? Fried his brakes maybe?

I thought they had proved what they wanted, and it's only 2 bends left and then the dottinger hohe straight - maybe they wanted to cool the cars down before they both back to the pits. But German speakers may be able to thrown some light on the conversation exchanged.

I had the "Big Red" brakes on my car, and with the right pads you would not fry your brakes. I thought the car seemed to have more than 315ps, and a different turbo- maybe a smaller turbo. Again RS2 experts will know better.

You're right, reading through the thread it has the MTM kit on it (420bhp).
That makes sense as the filming car was an RS4 (I think) and he does pull away quite well at some points, I've "tested" mine against an RS4 and the accelaration (up a hill) was basicly the same until, well lets say faster than they were going on that clip.
