Any advice on what P_G mentioned regarding track insurance Sonny?

It's something I really would like to try and seeing your pictures just compounds that, looks a lot of fun!

Hey Jim, The KWv3 are 20mm drop from std suspension, however they are in the bedding in period and will get them re-checked soon, the set up may have dropped a further 3-5mm. I have no spacers fitted and there was no signs of wheels fowling the arches, in fact I have already ordered some spacers (8f-10r) but will most likely take these off for the track, however I am interested to see how the car will handle with them on.

There are many good track day insurance companies out there, if you don't run with it then you are at risk of loosing your pride and joy, most go on there knowing the risks.
Money can't buy you love, but it can buy you a well sorted racecar

Thanks.

I'll do some trackdays where I don't use my own car first to get a feel for them, then if I take a liking to it will look into getting some trackday insurance for my car.

The Palmer Motorsport event looks good, anyone ever been?

I only upped my pressure to 40 psi, was getting slight tyre squeal, maybe should have put them up to 44psi, I certainly would have done this on the Ring.
You should try putting the pressures down too. At the end of the day it's all about getting the maximum rubber on the track.......

Following a chat with some guys from Michelin I tried using standard road pressures and was surprised at the difference. They even suggested using 3-4psi LESS than road, so that the heat build-up brought them back in range. I might try that next time.

Nice pics BTW!
