was that inc VAT? gone up if not!!

The paheton BD's was acually bthe first thing i did with the dv's and CB milltek, i did this with the money I saved from Grizz doing my cam belt service- even after driving to liverpool it was still over 2k cheaper!

The advantages of the BD's is that it gets more air to the oem disks and aids cooling and therefore stopping. The 6 has got big brakes but the car weighs 2 tonnes, and after a few hard breaks they just doint work. as i found out.
put the BD's on and it improved 100%. I then had the big brake upgrade and it was totally different. hurt when you stopped.

if you are mapping you will HAVE to do the DV's
How come? As long as the stock DVs are tested to be good, the extra boost shouldn't cause a problem, should it?

thats the problem, stock Dv's aint any good on the RS6. they will struggle with the near doubling of boost.

Also wont like the slight increase in temp that the map will bring. They are brittle enough as it is. Best to just get on and fit the forge models.

Hmm, learn something every day on here. Think I read somewhere that Forge weren't ideal for the RS6 (no benefit of piston over diaphragm type??) - any other recommendations out there? Also, £250 shipped seems a lot for a pair of shiny valves...
