RNS-E Bluetooth annoying sound on disconnect of mobile!!!

Can anyone give me some advice on how I can turn down the volume of the annoying ping noise my RNS-E makes when my mobile connects and disconnects via bluetooth?

It appears to me, to be far too loud and I was wondering if this was adjustable in anyway??

at the minute it reminds me of the lift music in the movie Airplane!!

The bad news is that the only way to adjust it is to turn down the volume every time you hear the tone when your phone ATTACHES when you turn the ignition on.

There's no VAG-COM adjustment or user setting of any kind.
