RE: Kumho tyres
Hmm - looking at http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Tyre/Kumho ... T-KU25.htm the general opinion seems to be noisy and hard (both of which are already a problem in the 6) and one reviewer says "not that good for spirited driving!
Have you chacked clearance vs the infamous Knobbly bit? Looking at the pic they seem to be quite a square profile which may give you clearance problems. Should be OK on the rear anyway.
Why did you choose them out of interest
Dave

RE: Kumho tyres
Well, they are used in the BTCC, and i've used them before, years ago i agree, on a heavily modded 3.0l turbo capri (yes i know, but i was young.....lol) that i built.
Also a friend of mine in the tyre game, he runs a BMW 540 on them and drives in a very very spirited manner, recommended them for a good price.

What Dave said. When you get them fitted, check for 'knobbly bit' clearance. I've just checked slimmyreed's post on the subject and unfortunately, the pics are gone that showed the issue perfectly. But still, check clearance when fitting them. Don't assume anything and don't just drive away from the fitters.
Oh believe me i shan't lol. I was in the tyre game for many years as has my mate, so we will have a good good good look, then we'll have a look aswell...lol
Doing brake pads on the 6 aswell, and prop u/j's and seals on a 110 landrover, so will be there a while me thinks.......lol

Ball park figure for the pair? Only ask as I have joined many enthusiast's forums in the past and the opinion was that they're ok to thrash around with but a bit skittish and don't last long. Not one for slating Kumho but as soon as I got the Vreds I was happier than I had the Goodyear Eagles, contis and Perellis.
RS6 (MRC'd with econodrive) is not just for Xmas

Will be in the region of £260 for the pair.
I remember Vred's being a "budget" tyre in my days in the game, probably still carry a bit of a prejudice towards them......lol

Yeah, Vreds still are a budget tyre, but the Ultrac Sesanta are a step above and were designed under a different intent. Ive heard no bad press about them.
