Make sure you use the correct lance, some are designed to take dirt up of drive ways and don't point it too close to the body work (even though VAG paint work is durable and not insulting your intelligence). top tip don't jet wash the alloys to close as it will tend to peel away the lacquer.

Have you got a Foam lance for it, highly recommend it http://www.theultimatefinish.co.uk/Stor ... ductId=690
Money can't buy you love, but it can buy you a well sorted racecar

Totally agree re the Foam Lance. I've had one for 3 years and have never looked back, esp in this weather ;-)

Are there not different ones for different models of Karcher though, or are they all the same fitment?

Same fitment. I have the top of the range domestic Karcher K7.85M and it has the same fitment as all the others.
When choosing snow foam I'd just go for the basic one, probably Elite Car Cares own make.
Ive used Bilt Hamber and Valet Pro foams and found the best one to be the basic one.

How about these:

Cant comment on the pros/cons of either, or their respective snow foam solutions.

I do know this firm, and rate very highly:

Guys - give Clark or Rich from Polished Bliss a call and they'll point you in the right direction. I've always got good advice om them and they have even pointed me to another company if they don't stock the item that best suits my needs.

IMHO, they give good impartial advice and really know what they are talking about.
